Biography
Cosimo created Moligo’s DNA synthesis platform. He holds a doctorate in synthesis and enzymatic applied chemistry from the University of Bari. His research has appeared in Nature Methods, the Journal of the American Chemical Society and Nucleic Acids Research.

Karla Martinez Gomez

Biography
Karla joined Moligo in 2025. She brings 12 years of biopharmaceutical experience across research, process development and MSAT, including work on cell therapy, mRNA and vaccine processes. She holds a doctorate in Biochemical Sciences from the National University of Mexico.

Biography
Lech is a scientist and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in biotech, infectious disease prevention and global health. A founding investor and Chief Strategy Officer of Moligo, he has also co-founded Biopromic and Molecular Attraction.

Ingela Hallberg

Biography
Ingela joined the board in 2022. She brings over two decades of pharmaceutical experience in clinical development and medical affairs. She holds a medical degree from the University of Gothenburg and previously practised cardiology at Sahlgrenska University Hospital.
